Welcome to SM BizTalks!

I created this blog thinking of the entrepreneurs who want to start and operate a successful business but don’t know how to do so or where to start. First, let me say there is no shame in not knowing. Just be sure you don’t stay in the “not knowing”.

The average person creates their LLC and believes they are 100% protected. While an LLC provides some liability protection, the creation of it isn’t all that is needed.

This blog will do a deep dive into business structures, business formations, intellectual property, and so much more.

By sharing this information, I hope to give you a greater understanding on how to navigate your entrepreneurship journey. My only goal is to put everyone on game. There are two types of people; those that show you they have money, and those that show you how to get money.

I prefer to show people how to get it. Me having it doesn’t do nothing for the person next to me that may be starving. Honestly, there is enough money out here for us ALL to eat!

I believe God gave me many gifts, and one of those include my passion for ownership. My passion for ownership is so strong that anytime someone shares their entrepreneurial dream with me, it is like taking a kid to the candy store. I get excited and tons of ideas on how to structure and scale the business flow through me.

Like I said before, there is enough out there for us all to eat and I want to see everyone win. When someone shares their dream with me, I want to make sure they have everything they need to see it manifested.

So yes, this blog has the information you need for various steps throughout your entrepreneurship journey, and I got you! We are all either on or will soon be on a journey of entrepreneurship, so let’s do it together. Besides, this journey is not easy and it’s not for the weak!
